Order Processing

  • Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times, which you will see at checkout.
  • High Order Volumes: During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship all orders within Australia through our trusted fullfillment partner, using Australia Post as our primary carrier. 

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Cost: Shipping costs vary based on your location and the weight of your order. A detailed breakdown will be provided at checkout. 

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding 5 Dogs’ availability worldwide. Stay tuned for future updates on this!

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can review the final shipping cost at checkout. For express services, additional charges will apply. Please keep in mind that free shipping discounts cannot be combined with other product discounts.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can monitor your delivery through the Australia Post tracking system. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Local Delivery

For customers in the Brisbane area, we offer local delivery through our logistics partner Australia Post. If you’re eligible for local delivery, you’ll see this option during checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or missing, please contact us at accounts@5dogs.com.au. We will work closely with Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
