We want you to love your 5 Dogs experience, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Important Instructions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your 5 Dogs must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with the tearable tag (found on the cap) intact, and in its original packaging. Please make sure to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

  • How to Start a Return: Contact us via email at accounts@5dogs.com.au or online to initiate a return. Once your return is accepted, you’ll have 7 days to send the item back to us using the provided return shipping label and instructions.
  • Note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any return-related questions, feel free to reach out to us via email at accounts@5dogs.com.au or the little (+) on the website.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your 5 Dogs upon arrival and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make things right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
